About This Course Package

Character Strengths at Work: Using Strengths to Engage Employees, Clients and Students is our flagship course on integrating character strengths applications into your work with others. Learn how to facilitate strengths-based discussions with others, motivating them to use their best qualities to reach their goals, find greater productivity and engagement at work, and more happiness and balance in life.

Additionally, Navigating Transitions is designed for practitioners, consultants, business leaders and educators who are leading others through difficult life transitions. This course provides research-based strategies to help individuals learn how to accept changes, draw on past successes for guidance and look to the future with hope. You will learn how to integrate these strategies into your current work or future work with others.

With this 2-course package you will get a deep dive into research-based character strengths interventions plus a focused course on using strengths to help your clients better manage change and adversity. Both courses are on-demand and self-guided. Buy now and get started immediately!
