Jane S. Anderson is president of Strength Based Living, a business dedicated to helping people harness their character strengths. She is also the author of 30 Days of Character Strengths: A Guided Practice to Ignite Your Best. This book offers a unique, guided character strengths journey spanning 30 days. She has also presented at global conferences; served as guest faculty for Wholebeing Institute, an educational organization; and supported world-renowned positive psychology experts in the classroom.

As a seasoned positive psychology practitioner, workshop facilitator, and coach, Jane has helped hundreds of people apply their character strengths deliberately to transform their lives and introduce positive changes that last within themselves, their relationships, and work.

She made her own successful transition from the financial services industry and small business arena to helping individuals and teams rise to challenges, build what’s best, and shift towards meaning, happiness, and success. She holds an MBA from DePaul University, BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and certificates in positive psychology, positive psychology coaching, and is trained to deliver mindfulness-based strengths practices.
