How do I get certified?

Team leaders should purchase the Workplaces at Their Best for Organizations – Learning Path to access all the tools and knowledge they need to become a VIA Strengths-Based Workplace.

The following items are explored and completed during implementation:

Core Team Leaders

1. All courses in Workplaces at Their Best for Organizations – Learning Path are completed, including the Implementation Workbook for Certification

Core Teams

1. Complete 100% of all courses in Workplaces at Their Best for Individuals – Learning Path

2. Complete Pre- and Post-Program Benchmark Assessments

3. A score of “2” or more on 75% of the benchmarks upon completion of the Post-Program Benchmark Assessments

All Staff

1. Take Pre- and Post-Impact Surveys with a 50% response rate

2. Improvement observed across 60% of impact areas between the Pre- and Post-Impact Surveys

Statement of Completion by Core Team Leader

Submit a statement that the Core Team Leader certifies that the above items are completed in full
